We are looking for more land and have private reserves to fund any purchase.
We are looking to develop
Intermediate (Private Shared Equity) housing on
Rural Exception sites without recourse to grant funding or subsidy.
Rural Exception sites are found either within or on the edge of settlements and are not allocated for open market housing. They can be greenfield or brownfield. Anything from 0.5 acre to 4 acres will be considered on any terms.
We will pay more than a Registered Social Landlord (RSL) / Affordable Housing Association. Please contact our Agent,
